The young graduates who are part of Eurosoft internal staff operate in an organization whose work is based on the use of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management). CRM allows coordinated customer information management of  both technical (service and maintenance) and commercial nature.

The division of work between team members and their responsibilities in relation to their targets is an essential element to get the most out of teamwork. We pay special attention to these issues in order to guarantee that the execution of the processes is highly effective and efficient.

Every engineer in our business is trained on the technical aspects of the product and on the information technologies used, in order to maximize staff availability and to fully guarantee the solution to any of our customers problems .


The CRM system allow the organization of the internal operations in order to ensure effectiveness. This ensures responsiveness to customer requirements and meeting established technical standards, and efficiency, leading to timely delivery, according to plan.

The system also allows you to periodically monitor the indicators of the level of customer satisfaction, which guides the decisions of the Executive Board.
