Lims consolidation through partnerships with customers
The first commercial version of the product EuSoft®.Lab.- the L.I.M.S. system ( Laboratory Information Management System) to manage and control the activities of testing laboratories, was released by EuroSoft in 1997 through the collaboration with an accredidated laboratory by SINAL ( currently Accredia, the Italian national body for the accreditation of laboratories according to UNI CEI ISO / IEC 17025).
EuSoft®.Lab is the result of the continuous users’ active involvement policy, thanks to which EuroSoft has constantly raised the qualitative level of its product, turning each customers’ suggestions into new features that added value to all its customers. In fact, every new installation or customer request is an opportunity to learn about new requirements. These new requirements are then realized and implemented offering to other customers benefits that they may not be aware of during their day by day operations. Thanks to this policy EuSoft®.Lab is growing on a daily basis along with the laboratories which use it.
COMPLETE MANAGEMENT OF THE ACTIVITIES
Through the use of EuSoft®.Lab the laboratory is able to automate all the phases of the company’s information flow, for both the analytical sampling loop and for the support activities, deeply innovating and optimizing work management.
QUALIFIED AND VALIDATED
EuSoft®.Lab allows the lab to operate in conformity with the UNI CEI ISO / IEC 17025, UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 and the requirements of the accreditation agencies. To validate the software in accordance with the standards for the certification of laboratories, EuroSoft involves some of its actual customers in the validation process.
The criteria used for the application development, have allowed the creation of a system that fits both accredited testing laboratories and testing laboratories which are to be accredited by using a procedure that supports the user in the creation and management of the data flow, as required by the UNI CEI ISO / IEC 17025.
EuSoft®.Lab is designed and tested to operate in compliance with the GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and to comply with CFR 21 PART 11 of FDA (Food and Drug Adinistration)
EASY TO CONFIGURE
The system comes with the whole preloaded database, except for data that are owned by the client (user, sampling points, etc.) and is appropriately prepared for the data import procedures. Both the configuration and the pre-loaded data can significantly reduce the system’s Go-Live and boot times.
CUSTOMIZABLE AND MODULAR
EuSoft®.Lab is produced and maintained entirely by EuroSoft. Customers can call for any customization deemed necessary, and as thus, the software is tailored to the needs of the laboratory. Through the features available on the system, the user can easily customize the existing registries in EuSoft ®. Lab, as well as create new ones. EuSoft®.Lab is modular; this approach allows each laboratory to use only the features needed.
INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS
EuSoft®.Lab can be easily interfaced with external systems in use by the laboratory (eg accounting) and ERP-Enterprise Resource Planning (eg SAP).

The laboratory that chooses EuSoft®.Lab has the support of a single product company specializing in the production, support, and maintanance of LIMS for over 10 years.
More than 20 people work on EuSoft®.Lab and they are constantly updated on the new regulations, customer needs, and technologies. The customer is supported by the technical staff during the installation, configuration, training, assistance, and maintenance. The design, development, support, and maintenance services are strictly monitored to ensure adherence and conformity to quality system certificate ISO 9001:2008.
Multi installations and Multi languages
EuSoft®.Lab has a long experience on multi-LIMS installations (customers with multiple locations) with a centralized database or one that is distributed. It is also set for multi languages.
